Mr. Sunil Kadam, a Computer Skill Trainers & Founder of CADLine INDIA, Skill Education Company, Established in April 1991.

Mr.Sunil Kadam was born in 1965 in in Pune. His Parents were working individuals. Father was working in Philips India Ltd & Mother was retired as a School Headmistress & Supervisor from Pune Municipal Corporation. His Brother working as R&D Engineer in Tata Motors & Youngest sister is working as Bank Dy.Manager in Michighan, USA.

Mr.Sunil Kadam got married in 1992 & his wife joined ‘CADLine INDIA’ in 1993. Couple has has a daughter, who has completed her Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch) in 2021 from Pune & Currently working as Asst Art Director in Mumbai.

Mr.Sunil Kadam did his Graduation in  Science, B.Sc. in 1986, from Prestigious Fergusson College under Pune University & thereafter did his Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) in 1987 from another Prestigious college - Symbiosis (It was only one in computer education then) Institute of Computer Studies & Research, Pune, affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). 

Mr.Sunil Kadam started his working Initially as a ‘Data Entry Operator cum Trainee Programmer’ during 1986-1987 at Prompt computer Services, JM Raod, Pune, which used to do Jobwork of State Bank of India’s Daily Bank Transaction Data Entry in Computer software like dbase & FoxPro in those days.

There after Mr.Sunil Kadam worked for ‘Sinewave Computer Systems & Services’ as a ‘Marketing Executive’ which use to sell ‘International Data Management’ – IDM’s (Previously known as IBM in INDIA) ‘Design’ Computer Systems for Architecture & Mechanical Industry, which is comprises of  High-end Computer system with Co-Processor, Mouse,  Digitiser & Pen Plotter during 1987-1988.

Thereafter In 1988, he joined a Mumbai based Architectural Company ‘Subhash Shah & Associates Architects Pvt Ltd’ Leading Architecture Company in Pune as a ‘System Analyst cum EDP Manager’. He worked in this Professional company during 1988 to 1991 as Full Time & developed many Office programs & trained all Architects, Interior Designers, Civil Engineers in CAD & their Staff in other office related software & Programs. When he started his own enterprise in 1991 than during 1991-1993 worked with them as a Part Time & thereafter worked for them as a ‘Consultant’ till 2000. He Setup, developed & supported their Full Computer Department in Pune Office as well as in Mumbai Office. 

Mr.Sunil Kadam Started, CADLine INDIA in April 1991, Initial Objective of the company was to provide Computer Aided Designing (CAD) Services to Architecture, Interior, Civil & Mechanical industry. Computer Training was a Part Time (Only Mor-Eve Batches) Business then. After married in 1992, his Better half, Mrs.Supriya Kadam, Joined CADLine INDIA in 1993, Those days while giving Services in CAD, CADLine INDIA slowly entered into Data Processing, ISO Documentations, Presentation Graphics & Drawings to MNCs in & around Pune during 1991 to 2000.  Some of our MNC clients were…

CADLine INDIA rendered various ‘Services & Corporate Trainings’ to above organizations including creation of 1000 Pruthvi Missiles ‘Part & Assembly’ CAD drawings in 1998. We feel Proud to be small part we played in development of our Nation indirectly.

Till 2000 CADLine INDIA were providing full time ‘Services & Corporate Training’ as well as in house ‘Part time’ Training to Architects, Interior designers & Engineers.

During 1998-2000, Mr.Sunil Kadam rendered his services as a ‘Visiting / Guest Lecturer’ to various Architectural, Interior Designing & Engineering Colleges in Pune.  

In 2000, during industrial recession, CADLine INDIA lost many corporate clients, as they were aware & updated with computers, its technology & Manpower. By the time our organization & its services then became Non-productive Vendor for Industry, thus Mr.Sunil Kadam recognised & understood the situation and took a decision to enter into Full Time Education Business from Part Time as well as started New upcoming 3D Modelling Services Business.

In 2003 CADLine INDIA Started MKCL ‘MS-CIT’ Franchisee, a Government Recognised Authorised Learning Center (ALC) of MKCL for their Various Government Recognised MKCL Courses like MS-CIT, MS-ACIT & KLiC, etc. Till today we have trained thousands of Students & Teachers.

Simultaneously Since 2005, we, diversified CADLine INDIA’s Business and created 135+ Computer Franchisee for MKCL (Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Ltd) for their State Govt Recognised Computer Literacy Course - ‘MS-CIT’ all over Pune District where every year more than 30000 students get their Computer Literacy & Soft Skill trainings from these Computer franchisees.

In 2007 we Started Tally Authorised Training Center as well as Started Tally ERP Software Dealership from Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore to facilitate Tally Software Training & Installation to various small & Medium Scale businesses. And also trained thousands of commerce & Management Students in Tally ERP Skills.

In 2010, CADLine INDIA entered into exclusive ‘eLearning’ Course agreement with Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) as a eContent Development Organisation (eCDO) as Mr.Sunil Kadam who has 25+ years of vast experience in teaching AutoCAD in 2010, created this exclusive eLearning Course of ‘AutoCAD’ for MKCL Students under their Brand name called ‘KLiC - AutoCAD’ which runs successfully all across Maharashtra & going nationwide thru Hariyana, Odissa & Bihar States through MKCL Authorised Learning Centers & thousands of students are passing out & taking advantage of this eLearning ‘KLiC AutoCAD’ Course every year created & Developed by Mr.Sunil Kadam under CADLine INDIA.

Soon, it will spread its wings out of India, as Recently after Covid-19, MKCL is offering it as ‘Online’ Course open to the whole world.

After Successful completion of 20 year in 2012, Sunil Kadam realised Time has changed, as Pune City is now expanding geographically thus, CADLine INDIA Started its 2 new Branches of Training Institutes to cater the needs of its Western Pune local students, one is in Karvenagar & one is in Bavdhan.

In 2016, CADLine INDIA Collaborated with Essel Group’s - Zee Learn Limited, Mumbai as their State representative for their Educational Services.

In 2018, CADLine INDIA also Collaborated with Silverpeak Global, Japan for Japanese Language & Culture Training & subsequent Job Careers for Fresh Engineers in Japan.

In 2020, CADLine INDIA have Collaborated with MKCL’s IGNOU ‘Earn while Learn’ Program where we placed 12th Passed Students in Industry to earn while they learn their degree program of BBA from IGNOU.

In 2021, CADLine INDIA has Offered & Opened its 1st Franchisee to JAY eduTECH on J M Road, Deccan, Pune.

In 2022, Mr.Sunil Kadam & Mrs.Supriya Kadam is Appointed as a Educational Consultant by Shrem Seva Trust of ‘Shrem Group, MUMBAI’ (who is into Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure & Finance Sector) is doing Comprehensive CSR Activity with the mission to help under privilege School going childrens developed into Super Skilled ManPower of India. Currently We undertaken School Project in Sakinaka Mumbai & developing 1000 School Childrens.

In 2023, CADLine INDIA have Collaborated with Ideal Play Abacus (IPA) India Pvt Ltd, Chennai, who aim to nurture young children and enable them to succeed in a competitive society and encourage students to participate, prosper in a constantly evolving technological environment. IPA is a superstructure that enables a smooth transition from ‘campus-child’ to ‘skilled-scholar’ with their flagship Product Abacus alongwith 12 other programs. We have appointed & collaborated with IPA as a State & Pune District Associates for Maharashtra to develop 500+ IPA Centers all across Maharashtra in Next 5 years. I look after Pune District as a District Associate of IPA.

Mrs. Supriya Kadam, a Computer Skill Trainers & Director CADLine INDIA Solutions Pvt Ltd, Skill Education Company, Established in April 1991.

I was born in 1969 in Pune. My Father was working as a School Headmaster & Supervisor in Pune Municipal Corporation. My Mother is a Homemaker. I have 3 Sisters & a Brother all married & settled in their Families.

My husband, Mr.Sunil Kadam – Managing Director, CADLine INDIA Solutions Pvt Ltd, who has Started CADLine INDIA in April 1991 and I joined him in 1993 after married to him in 1992. We have a daughter, who has completed her Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch) in 2021 from Pune & Currently working as Asst.Art Director in Mumbai.

I did my primary & secondary Schooling from well know School Bal Shikshan Mandir & Vimalabai Garware High School in Pune & did my Commerce Graduation, B.Com. in 1992, from Prestigeous Abasaheb Garaware Commerce College under Savitribai Phule Pune University & thereafter acquired English Typewriting & Marathi Shorthand Stenography skills as well as did various Computer Courses, from Pune.  

After College, I worked as Assistant to Director during 1990-1992 in Private Advertisement Company, which used to do Newspaper & Magazine Advertisements & used to arrange Various Events & Exhibitions in Pune.

After Marriage, I worked as an Accountant with ‘IndoPly’ a wholesale Plywood Distributor in Pune during 1992–1993.

Then, I joined ‘CADLine INDIA’ our business in 1993 and handled the responsibilities as an Admin, HR, Accounts (1993-2002) , MKCL Training Division Coordinator, MKCL’s Taluka Lead Coordinator (TLC), CADLine Vocational & MKCL Division Head (2003-2012),  Branch Head of Bavdhan (2012-2014), Karvenagar (2015-2016) & Sadashiv Peth (2016-2022) & Currently, since 2023 working for Ideal Play Abacus as a District Associate, Educational Consultant to Shrem Seva Trust for their School Project & CADLine INDIA Solutions Pvt Ltd’s Director - Finance HR & Admin.
